Our ‘AURORA’ coffee comes from a single estate located in Kiambu County, Kenya. Malaki Estate is run by Edward Marigi and family, who originally planted the farm in 1959. This estate is one of very few remaining that farm 100% SL28, a now prized variety known for its distinct fruit flavor. This coffee is grown along the rich loamy volcanic slopes of the Aberdare Mountain range, located north of Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. This family farm also produces dairy, macadamia and avocado for subsistence.
